Proposals…they’re among my favorite special moments to capture! I love when my “Grooms-to-be” propose with intention, putting creative thought into the location and how they’re going to pop the question. Matt was no exception! He and Caitlyn love the pond and park area at the Shops at Legacy and this was a beautiful spot to ask the love of his life a very important question!
We met earlier that morning to develop the plan and places we all needed to be later that night. When the time came, I was in the bushes hiding, (making friends with all kinds of little creatures! yikes!) while Matt walked Caitlyn around the pond towards our agreed upon spot. This also was Caitlyn’s birthday, so Matt had a really good cover story for getting dressed up and taking her out to dinner. 😉 After a few minutes of walking and talking, they arrived at the spot and Matt got down on one knee! Caitlyn was so precious as the tears fell and she hugged her man! (Did I mention I have the best job in the world?!) I get to capture THE BEST moments in a couple’s life!
We got to shoot a mini session after the proposal and the sun decided to shine for us at the perfect moment! Enjoy a few of my favorites of Caitlyn & Matt! I am honored to have had a part in their story! Congrats to you both!
